One of the most powerful features of EFS Pro is our keyword tracking system. The keyword file is linked to your clients database so every time you start a fax, email or SMS broadcast the database will ask you “Do you want to attach a keyword to this campaign?”
Select yes and you can save a new keyword that will be linked to the selection of clients you are marketing to. When you want to do stage 2 of that marketing campaign you simply select your keyword from the keyword file and all of the customers from that campaign will be displayed instantly for you to market to again. This system is so fast that your selection of linked clients will display in seconds even if you have millions of records in your database. This incredible keyword tracking system allows you to easily run and keep track of unlimited, simultaneous, marketing campaigns. And most of all it is very simple to use.
Also if you were marketing to a particular group of clients, you can market to them by SMS,others by email, fax, or mail merge print and post promotional letters. The keyword tracking allows you to track subgroups of these clients so you can monitor which type of media was the most effective.
