The Special indexed high speed search fields can be mail merged into you word documents using our build in powerful word processor. You can save all your word documents and they can easily be retrieved as we have a special section where you can search, sort, edit, and resave these documents. These documents can have images placed in them and be saved as html with your mail merged tags in them so you can send html formatted emails to your clients.

You can also compose all your fax broadcasts using word processor, or even lay up colour brochures which can be mail merged and printed to send to your clients.
